Public Safety Log – Jan 29, 2017

12:51 a.m. – Caller on NW Carden Ave. reported several teens who sounded like they were fighting. They were let off with a warning.

1:30 a.m. – Caller reported at least five people fighting at the Rainbow Cafe on S Main Street.

2:25 a.m. – Pendleton Police arrested Anthony Lee McThrow at Circle K on SE Court Ave. for a parole violation.

6:19 a.m. – Caller on SW 7th Street reported that a cell phone had been stolen from his vehicle.

10:08 a.m. – An alarm sounded at Pandora’s Box #2 on SE Emigrant Ave. A new hire was on site without the proper code.

11:41 a.m. – Pendleton Police arrested Peggy La Dawn Elaine Turk at Walmart Supercenter on SW Court Ave. for Robbery I, Theft II, Menacing, and Criminal Conspiracy. Turk was arrested after police received an anonymous tip that a wanted female had just walked into Walmart.

12:42 p.m. – A caller at Home Town Cleaners reported that a female who had previously been given a no trespass order was currently on the property. Subject was cited and released.

2:52 p.m. – Caller at Walmart Supercenter on SW Court Ave. and reported an 18-month old child locked inside. The vehicle was not running.

3:31 p.m. – Anonymous caller on SW Kirk Ave. reported kids at the end of the street riding a dirt bike. Police were unable to locate the suspects.

11:22 p.m. – An intoxicated male who was asleep in the dining room at Burger King on Southgate was trespassed from the property.
