9:28 a.m. – Caller at Papa Murphy’s on SW Emigrant Ave. reported unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

12:34 p.m. – Caller on NW Despain Ave. reported burglary.

1:01 p.m. – Caller on NW 8th Street reported loose dogs.

1:47 p.m. – Caller on SW 24th Street reported a howling dog.

1:24 p.m. – A person brought a black tri-fold wallet to the Pendleton Police Department on Airport Road that contained cash and an Oregon Identification Card that was found on S Main Street during the Pendleton Farmer’s Market on Friday, October 20, 2017.

6:07 p.m. – Caller on SE 11th Street reported criminal mischief.

7:08 p.m. – Caller at Dollar Tree on SW Court Ave. reported theft.

8:37 p.m. – Caller at Mountain View Apartments on NW Carden Ave. reported harassment.
