Progress on old City Hall is coming along despite dangerous weather conditions. Miguel Quezada, son of building owner Jose Quezada stated that half of the plywood for the roof will be completed by Jan 11. Installation of the plywood for the roof began today. Quezada said that the plywood should be completed by Friday, Jan 13. Quezada reported that if the snow were not falling so thick, half of the plywood would have been installed today instead of tomorrow. The crew was forced to stop for the day due to weather.
