7:48 a.m. – Caller on SW 6th Street reported that a brown and white Jack Russel Terrier had been missing since 1:30 p.m. Feb. 13.

9:24 a.m. – A Visa Giftcard was found in the restroom at the Umatilla County Courthouse.

10:08 a.m. – Caller requested a welfare check on children at the Pendleton Riverside Apartments on NW Carden Ave.

12:42 p.m. – Caller on SW 5th Street found their screen door cut and discovered an attempt to break in the back door.

2:25 p.m. – Caller at First Community Credit Union on SW Emigrant Ave. reported an intoxicated male in the trees between Bi-Mart and the bank yelling at people.

4:15 p.m. – Caller at Hometown Cleaners on SW Emigrant Ave. reported that someone had taken money.

7:15 p.m. – Caller on SW 30th Street reported a domestic disturbance.

7:33 p.m. – Caller on S Main Street reported an intoxicated male that refused to leave.

7:54 p.m. – Caller on SE 1st Street reported a domestic disturbance.

10:39 p.m. – Pendleton Police arrested Bernabe Guardado Escalante at Denny’s on Tutuilla Road for misdemeanor and felony probation violations.

11:47 p.m. – Pendleton Police arrested Eugene Haune on the 200 block of SE 2nd Street for failure to appear.
