9:02 a.m. – Caller at Dairy Queen on SW Court Ave. reported an intoxicated male with a bushy beard that was falling into traffic.
10:15 a.m. – Pendleton Police arrested Tony Howard Hawkins at Dave’s Chevron on SW 12th Ave. for disorderly conduct II, criminal trespass II, interfering with a peace officer, criminal mischief III, and a felony post-prison supervision sanction.
4:10 p.m. – Walmart on SW Court Ave. reported that a theft was underway.
7:18 p.m. – Caller on NW Despain Ave. reported homeless people trespassing on their front porch.
11:30 p.m. – Caller on NW 21st Street reported an intoxicated male at their door.
11:39 p.m. – Caller at the Homestead Apartments on NW Bailey Ave. reported that the neighbors were being loud.
